Adelene Wee was Singapore's golden girl of bowling in the 1980s. She was Singapore's first world champion when she won the World Games II Masters Crown in England in 1985. Today she has set her sights on new gold - offering top class chicken rice.

Adelene has teamed up with  "Uncle Chicken", Niven Leong, son of the man who started the equally famous Sin Kee Chicken Rice along Margaret Drive, to bring you authentic Cantonese-style chicken rice, where no ginger is used in the preparation of the chicken or the rice.

Following in the tradition of the Original Sin Kee Margaret Drive Chicken rice, Big Bowl will be dishing up fragrant rice with tender steamed chicken, served with a lovely piquant chilli sauce and ginger and scallion sauce.
